Qingdao Huashan Biochemicals is a plant expressly developed for the production of the raw material needed for the extraction of IBSA hormones. It is located in a rural area of the Chinese peninsula of Shandong, close to the ocean. Urine collection activities run daily throughout the year under management of specialised staff. The plant, the equipment and  the standard operating procedures are set to meet the highest international regulatory standards.

Early purification
The plant also operates as the early purification unit. A production batch of about 200'000 Kg is processed to yield 2 Kg of brownish powder, the so-called crude extract, which is shipped to Switzerland for final purification.

Already approved by the British authorities some years ago, the plant has been recently inspected and approved by the French regulatory authorities, which constitute a clearance at the highest level of rigorounsness.
